This particular job entailed quite a bit of dry rot repairs along the eaves and at the bottom of the valleys. We also installed pre-painted 1″ x 8″ V-rustic sheathing, new vent flashings, additional attic exhaust vents to keep the home, garage, and attic temperatures cooler, and new gutters with downspouts (color: low gloss white).
